PH Insulation has achieved a new milestone by producing 25 million square meters of sandwich panels. The 25 millionth sandwich panel has been manufactured on the first continuous line of PH Insulation. The insulated panel has a PIR Premier core, thickness of 150 mm, width of 1190 mm, and metal coated in RAL 9003 on both sides. This anniversary sandwich panel will be used in a new seafood refrigeration warehouse.
PH Insulation is the leading company in the Russian market for manufacturing of sandwich panels with polyisocyanurate foam. Every year, PH Insulation produces over 3 million square meters of sandwich panels on three lines, including two continuous ones, with three types of insulation: PIR Premier, PUR Classic, and mineral wool.

Sandwich panels by PH Insulation with PIR Premier core demonstrate unique physical and mechanical properties that empower its customers to reduce operating costs and the payback of new projects:

- Break strength of more than 150 kPa at standard density
