Printing House

A contractor needed sandwich panels to build a printing house in Armenia. For construction of the building the customer chose energy-efficient PIR Premier sandwich panels, which reduce heating and cooling costs due to uniquely low thermal conductivity of up to 0.0194 W/(m·K) The sandwich panels with PIR Premier have the CE mark and are manufactured according to the European standard EN 14509 on PH Insulation’s continuous lines. 

Within the agreed timeframe, PH Insulation has produced 680 square meters of wall panels and 640 square meters of roof panels with PIR Premier insulation. 

The thickness of wall sandwich panels is 80 mm, and the roof panels are 60 mm thick.

For walls PH Insulation has produced sandwich panels with Secret Fix lock. This type of lock ensures a secure connection without visible fasteners and gives the building an attractive and modern appearance.

At the customer's request, some wall sandwich panels are manufactured in graphite gray color RAL 7024 on the outside, and some – in white-aluminum RAL 9006. On the inside, the wall panels are made in signal white color RAL 9003. The roof panels are made in graphite gray RAL 7024 on both sides.
