Thermal Chamber Insulation

The artificial stone production in Moscow region, Russia, needed to insulate its industrial thermal chamber for drying tiles. The customer opted for the multi-purpose PIR Plita^® insulation boards with foil/foil soft linings which are ideal for use in high-temperature areas.

For the chamber, PH Insulation manufactured 713 sq. m of 50 mm thick PIR Plita^® boards.

PIR Plita^® boards allow to save on heating and cooling costs due to its thermal conductivity of 0,020 W/mK, confirmed by the Russian Central Research and Design Institute of Industrial Buildings and Structures.
