Car Wash, Service, and Accessories Store

A car service company in Moscow needed to quickly insulate its building that houses a car wash, a car service center and an accessories store.

The contractor decided to clad the premises with sandwich panels: they are easy to install and energy efficient. Due to high fire safety requirements of the building, contractor opted for high quality sandwich panels with 80 mm thick mineral wool that demonstrates El 60 fire-resistance level.

PH Insulation manufactured 1,320 sq. m of wall sandwich panels with mineral wool in just two weeks. In accordance with the customer's design request the panels were made in signal gray RAL 7004 and anthracite gray RAL 7016 for external wall cladding and in signal white RAL 9003 for internal walls. The combination of two different gray colors made the building look modern and elegant.
