Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Sandwich Panels

PH Insulation’s expanded polystyrene (EPS) sandwich panels are a traditional and cost-effective building material.

The panels have a three-layer structure consisting of an expanded polystyrene insulation core and a choice of metal facings. PH Insulation manufactures both wall and roof panels in a range of sizes.

EPS sandwich panels are designed for projects where keeping the cost per square metre low while maintaining fast installation is a key priority.

Coating Descriptions

Galvanized Steel. Used where sandwich panels adjoin walls and on other concealed surfaces that do not come into contact with cleaning agents.

Polyester-Coated Galvanized Steel. More than 80% of refrigerated warehouses are built using this type of polyester-coated steel. A wide range of RAL colours is available.

PVDF. Steel with a special coating suitable for agricultural buildings. Provides good corrosion resistance and high UV resistance: RUV 4, RC 4.

AISI 304. Stainless steel suitable for meat-processing, slaughtering and meat-cutting facilities, fruit cold stores and pharmaceutical facilities.

AISI 430. Stainless steel for non-food production facilities, including technical areas of food warehouses and non-food warehouses where aggressive chemical cleaning is used.

Other Coatings. PH Insulation can supply sandwich panels with other coatings to meet your project requirements.

Our continuous EPS sandwich panel production lines enable us to accurately plan delivery schedules for projects such as warehouses, industrial buildings and agricultural facilities.

For deliveries within Moscow and the Moscow Region, transportation can be arranged within one day after the order is ready.

For deliveries to other regions, transportation can be arranged within two days after the order is ready.

For international deliveries, transportation can be arranged within 3–4 days after the order is ready.

Metal Coatings

• RAL — polyester-coated galvanized steel. The standard colour is RAL 9003, with other RAL colours available on request. Suitable for general-purpose applications. RUV 2, RC 2
• Zn — galvanized steel without a polyester coating. Suitable for general-purpose applications
• AISI 304 — stainless steel for food-processing facilities
• AISI 430 — stainless steel for non-food production facilities
• PVDF — resistant to dirt, aggressive environments and UV exposure. Recommended for façades of sports, retail, industrial and agricultural buildings. Coating thickness: 25–40 μm; RUV 4, RC 3
• PU — steel with a polyurethane coating
• Plastisol — provides corrosion protection for the metal for up to 15 years
• Food Safe — suitable for direct contact with food. Recommended for cutting and slaughtering areas in food-processing facilities and for high-humidity environments.
