The largest data center in the Republic of Armenia is built with PH Insulation sandwich panels with mineral wool. The total capacity of the data center is 2.5 MW. In terms of size and functionality, the new infrastructure facility is unique for Armenia. This is the second data center in Armenia constructed with PH Insulation sandwich panels.
The data center meets international standards and serves both large and small businesses, as well as government institutions. It has been visited by high-ranking officials, including Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, the Minister of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia.
PH Insulation sandwich panels with mineral wool insulation, used for the construction of the data center, are produced in accordance with GOST 32603-2021 for buildings with high fire safety requirements. The increased adhesion of mineral wool to metal is provided by PH Insulation’s polyurethane adhesive, developed at the PH Insulation’s R&D Center specially for the panels with mineral wool insulation
For construction of the dana center, PH Insulation has manufactured:
- 1 445 sq. m of 100 and 150 mm thick wall sandwich panels with mineral wool insulation. At the customer's request the panels are made in white-aluminum color RAL 9006 with PVDF coating. PVDF boasts high corrosion resistance, high UV resistance. On the inside, the sandwich panels are made in the signal white color RAL 9003
- 793 sq. m of mineral wool roof sandwich panels. The thickness of panels — 150 mm. On the outside the panels are made in the RAL 9006 color with PVDF coating, on the inside - RAL 9003
- 558 linear meters of shaped profiles with a zinc coating on the inside and RAL 9006 color on the outside
PH Insulation sandwich panels and doors are used in Armenia for construction of major facilities, including thermal power station, Shirak airport passenger terminal, as well as metallurgical plants, buildings for the food and textile industries, and the largest supermarket chains.
