ProfHolod company launched the production of a new refrigeration door type – hidden swing doors. The main feature of hidden doors is the minimum door leaf protrusion relative to the wall: independently of the door leaf thickness, it is equal to 4 cm, and the rest of the door leaf is sunk in the wall.
The new doors by ProfHolod look like the common technological doors and are intended for the use in the rooms with the elevated aesthetic design requirements.
ProfHolod’s hidden doors are manufactured of high-quality sandwich panels, approved for the use at food industry facilities. Solid polyurethane foam is used as the heat insulator. It has the density equal to 45-50 kg/m3, and its components are by Dow Chemical.
The door leaf (including the edges) is made of galvanized steel leaf having the thickness of 0,5 mm, painted according to the RAL catalogue. The metal edges make the door more resistant to side impacts. The hardware is by Kide company.
Low temperature refrigeration doors are equipped with the additional rubber sealing gasket, pressure equalization valve and the gasket heating wire.
The new ProfHolod’s hidden doors can be produced with or without threshold, with right or left opening.
