PH Insulation has opened a second checkpoint for drivers at its production site in Shchelkovo, Moscow region. The new checkpoint is conveniently located near Gatehouse No. 4.

Previously, all exit documents were processed only at Gatehouse No. 3. Now, drivers can visit either of the two checkpoints whichever is closer to their loading area. The new checkpoint is expected to save approximately 200 hours per month of the total time vehicles spend on PH Insulation’s grounds, as dozens of trucks pass through the PH Insulation’ territory every day.

Minimizing loading times at the outdoor storage area is one of our key priorities. By increasing the number of checkpoints and optimizing drivers' routes within storage area, we expect to achieve a comprehensive positive effect. This will enhance drivers’ comfort, particularly during adverse weather conditions, reduce exit times, and expedite product delivery to our clients, ultimately improving vehicle turnover at our production site.
