ProfHolod has successfully obtained an expert opinion for fire‑resistant walls and partitions made from wall sandwich panels with mineral wool insulation. The products are manufactured in accordance with GOST 32603‑2021.
This document confirms that our sandwich panels meet fire safety requirements and opens up new opportunities for participation in projects with more stringent fire resistance standards.
The expert opinion is valid from 25 May 2026 for a period of at least 5 years — i.e., until 25 May 2031.
Fire resistance ratings
According to the expert opinion, the fire resistance limits for structures made from PST‑Z type panels are as follows:
- at least REI 60 — for 80 mm thick panels;
- at least REI 90 — for 100 mm thick panels;
- at least REI 150 — for panels with a thickness of at least 120 mm.
These fire resistance ratings are guaranteed when the following conditions are met:
Use of metal three‑layer wall panels (type PST‑Z) manufactured by ProfHolod LLC:
- thicknesses: 80 mm, 100 mm, and at least 120 mm;
- metal facings;
- mineral wool core;
- manufactured in accordance with GOST 32603‑2021.
Installation on a frame made of load‑bearing elements with the following fire resistance ratings:
- REI 60 — for 80 mm panels;
- REI 90 — for 100 mm panels;
- REI 120 — for panels of at least 120 mm thickness.
