We continue to summarise the results of the past year: as of 31 December 2025, ProfHolod — Russia’s largest manufacturer of sandwich panels with polyurethane foam (PU) and polyisocyanurate (PIR) — has produced over 35 million m² of sandwich panels. This milestone confirms the company’s market leadership and its contribution to the development of the construction industry.

Company history and growth

ProfHolod’s story began with the installation of its first sandwich panel production press in 2005. Over two decades, the company has evolved into a knowledge‑intensive manufacturing enterprise with its own research and development (R&D) centre.

Today, ProfHolod manufactures panels with four types of insulation:

  • PIR Premier;
  • PUR Classic;
  • mineral wool;
  • the latest innovation — hybrid sandwich panels (PIR‑MW).

Reaching the 35 million m² milestone demonstrates consistent production growth and the strong market demand for ProfHolod’s products. The company continues to invest in technology development, process digitalisation, and product range expansion to offer customers energy‑efficient construction solutions.
