President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kasym-Jomart Tokayev visited the factory for production of semi-finished poultry meat, built with PH Insulation’s PIR Premier sandwich panels. The factory is located in the Akmola region of Kazakhstan. The capacity of the plant is 3 346 tons of products per year. The President of Kazakhstan highly appreciated the activity of the enterprise and emphasized the importance of the food industry development in the country.

For construction of the new building PH Insulation produced 8 690 sq. m of PIR Premier wall sandwich panels. The thickness of the panels is 50, 100, and 150 mm. Sandwich panels are manufactured in standard white color RAL 9003 on the outside, and on the inside, they have a PVDF polymer coating, which is quite often used in food industry enterprises. PVDF is characterized by increased resistance to contamination, corrosion, aggressive environments, and ultraviolet radiation. The thickness of the coating is 35 microns, RUV 4, RC 4.
