PH Insulation, ProfHolod in Russia, has released two video tutorials in English and German languages for the installation of a frame and Fermod 521 lock for the hinged refrigeration door. Safe and correct installation of frames, door leafs and hardware is extremely important for smooth functioning of refrigeration doors.
The video instructions explain in detail the correct sequence of work from choosing the necessary tools to attaching the frame to the opening and checking if the door lock operates correctly. The tutorials will be useful both for installation and control of the contractors' work.
PH Insulation manufactures frames for refrigeration doors with 2 mm thick steel sheets, painted with powder paint. The standard frame is painted in white RAL 9003. At the customer’s request PH Insulation will manufacture the frame in any RAL color, or from stainless steel AISI 304 for food or AISI 430 for non-food.
The Fermod locks installed on PH Insulation doors ensure a tight fit of the door to the opening to save cold or heat inside. PH Insulation has been enjoying close partnership with the French company for over 7 years.
