PH Insulation announces 14 calendar days’ lead time after the date of payment. In remarkably short lead time PH Insulation will manufacture standard products for construction of prefabricated buildings and refrigerating chambers: sandwich panels with PIR Premier, PUR Classic and mineral wool insulation, multi-purpose PIR Plita® insulation boards, 20 types of refrigeration and industrial doors, including door units for refrigerating chambers. 14 days’ lead time apply to products in standard colors and sizes.
PH Insulation maintains minimum production times even during the peak construction season with continual improvements in manufacturing process:
- enhancing the efficiency of 2 automated continuous production lines for sandwich panels at PH Insulation’s industrial site in Schelkovo, 40 km outside Moscow
- establishing long-term partnerships with major suppliers of metal, mineral wool, and components for PIR Premier and PIR Premier Double Soft systems. Utilizing proprietary customized PIR Premier system also allows to guarantee minimum lead times for PIR sandwich panel orders, by reducing dependence on imported raw materials
- digitizing manufacturing management
- implementing lean manufacturing tools
- conducting incoming quality checks on raw materials, and manufactured product quality control, in PH Insulation’s accredited on-site laboratory
Annually, PH Insulation produces over 3 million square meters of sandwich panels with three types of insulation, and more than 9 000 refrigeration and industrial doors. PH Insulation delivers all the insulated products to any location in Russia or abroad by road, rail or sea transport.
