ProfHolod company presented a new product at CHILLVENTA 2011 exhibition – sliding doors for the refrigerating chambers. The doors are made of polyurethane foam sandwich panels and are equipped with high quality European-made hardware.
The characteristic feature of the new ProfHolod’s doors is the metal facing on the door leaf, which runs not only over the sides, but also around the edges. The traditional plastic edges have been abandoned in favor of the metal ones, and it makes the door more resistant to side impacts, which may be frequent during the refrigerating chambers operation.
One more fact about the new sliding doors is the ergonomic system of fixing the guide to the wall. Such a design prevents the sliding door damage when foreign objects from the floor get into the "rail" (one of the most frequent causes of floor-guided sliding doors failure).
In order to provide the elevated pressurization level, the new ProfHolod’s doors have a double-contour European-made sealing gasket. When used in the deep-freeze chambers, the doors are equipped the lever opening system. The new ProfHolod’s sliding doors are manufactured with the thickness of 80, 100 and 120 mm. The standard panel color – white. Any color according to the RAL catalogue is available.
