ProfHolod entered into an agreement for the purchase of the second continuous PIR line of the Italian manufacturer Pu.Ma. The line will produce insulated sandwich panels with a customized ProfHolod PIR system from foreign components selected in the company's R&D Center and mineral wool sandwich panels.

In 2019 ProfHolod will present to the construction market an innovative product that will combine the advantages of polyurethane foam and mineral wool.

David Alaverdyan, Sales Director of ProfHolod, said, “According to the b2b market research, it’s harder to buy than to sell. Contracting organizations and end users often have to purchase some materials from one supplier, others from the second, and so on. We've become experts in PU, and now will apply our knowledge to the new line, providing customers with a single entry point for ordering two types of sandwich panels. Committed to open up new horizons, this year we plan to offer the market a new product that will unite the best of the two thermal insulation materials.”

Pu.Ma line, the contract for the purchase of which is concluded by Profholod, was mothballed in the Tula region. Worldwide, Italian Pu.Ma has installed more than 450 lines, the lines that are designed primarily for the production of polyurethane foam panels and have unique filling heads.

Since 2016 ProfHolod has been creating customized PIR systems from carefully selected PU foam components of leading global manufacturers for the continuous Pu.Ma line, which is installed at the company's production facilities in the Moscow region.

Insulated sandwich panels on the ProfHolod PIR system have a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/m*K and comply with the European standard EN14509.

ProfHolod is the largest Russian manufacturer of sandwich panels with innovative polyurethane insulation.
