PH Insulation proudly announces the successful production of 50 tons of its proprietary adhesive for sandwich panels with mineral wool. Leveraging this breakthrough, PH Insulation has utilized the new development across more than 250,000 square meters of sandwich panels with various thicknesses and profiles.

The foaming polyurethane adhesive, developed at the PH Insulation state-of-the-art Research Center, is now deployed on the company’s continuous automatic line. This innovative multicomponent material significantly enhances the adhesion of insulation to metal, surpassing other previously employed adhesives at our enterprise by an impressive 10%.

The adhesive plays a critical role in the production of mineral wool sandwich panels by effectively filling any unevenness that may arise when metal sheets come into contact with the mineral wool surface. This ensures a secure and reliable fastening of fire-retardant mineral wool boards to metal, guaranteeing exceptional durability, thermal insulation, and mechanical properties of the final product.

Our groundbreaking development has proven its excellence through extensive operation on our continuous line for sandwich panel production, serving as yet another tangible testament to the remarkable achievements of our Research Center.

Our dedication to customizing components used in sandwich panel production and focusing on our own cutting-edge solutions, we continuously enhance the physical and mechanical characteristics of all our products. This unwavering commitment allows us to provide our valued customers with energy and cost-saving heating and cooling management solutions.
