PH Insulation has conducted tests on combined sandwich panels featuring two types of insulation: mineral wool and PIR Premier. The tests were carried out in PH Insulation’s production laboratory. The specialists evaluated the physical-mechanical and thermal-physical indicators: tensile strength, compression, shear modulus, thermal conductivity coefficient, and thermal resistance. Testing results are available upon request. A new type of sandwich panels will optimize the costs of constructing enclosing structures by combining the best qualities of the most popular insulation materials. Combined sandwich panels will feature the highest thermal conductivity of PIR Premier polyisocyanurate foam, reaching up to 0.0194 W/(m·K), along with the fire resistance of mineral wool up to EI 180. By mid-February 2025, PH Insulation’s solar power stations have generated over 1 480 MWh of electricity, which is integrated into the general power grid. The use of solar energy partially covers the production needs and reduces dependence on traditional energy sources.
